What is the warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on sticks. If a claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase (receipt), Elite will provide a one-time replacement of your player or goalie composite stick if damaged due to a manufacturer defect.
To process your claim, you must present both your original receipt and the white serial number sticker affixed to the original receipt.
Hand-written receipts and banking statements will not be accepted. Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records. Warranty claims without the required information will not be processed.
Note: Please also note, that warranty will be voided, if the composite stick has been used on concrete or asphalt.
Can sticks be ordered with custom wraps?

What does the "kick point" mean?
Kick Point Definitions:
- Low = Low-kick points are ideal for players who take a lot of quick-release shots. They have a quick release because the kick point is located near the blade, which allows the stick to flex quickly when taking a shot. This quick release makes it harder for goalies to track the puck, which results in more goals scored.
- Mid = Mid-kick points are designed to give you the maximum power possible. They are perfect for players who take slapshots or one-timers from the point, and they can also help you score more goals from the top of the circles or in the slot. With mid-kick sticks, the flex point is located in the middle of the shaft, which creates a more uniform bending profile that stores energy for an explosive release.
